Dental technician / master dental technician or dentist in technical customer service - Returns and complaints (m/f/d)

Telephone consultation and information on product and application issues Support and support of customers in technical and surgical problems including coordination and development of individual solutions Telephone and written call processing and documentation in the respective systems Recording and processing of operations in SAP according to process specifications Support for regional distribution managers and sales managers Cleaning of the necessary parts according to QM Telephone and written communication with the customer with regard to the transactions received, if necessary Communication with sales related to Decisions outside the guidelines and subsequent documentation of decisions Communication to the adjacent areas: Sales, DEDICAM, Customer Service, Financial Accounting Documentation of processes in the CRM Order registration of own customer orders within the scope of the consultation Documentation of processes and collection of data and information in the respective systems Functional testing of instruments Participation in product, workplace and work process training necessary to fulfil the task Participation in training and trade fairs and events Introduction to the department in terms of process improvements and improvement proposals Examination of receipt of complaints, Kulanzen and NOI implants Interest in regulatory requirements in dentistry Basic dental and dental knowledge

Completed vocational training or studies in dental and/or commercial fields Good computer skills incl. Application of MS Office Programs and SAP independent and self-organized work necessary English skills are desirable Experience in hygiene, technical understanding of advantage High conscience, teamability and reliability Tolerance with disinfectants and gloves
