Trade Customs Manager (m/f/d)

Analysis of import operations and independent import customs processing using various procedures, e.g. active finishing, passive finishing, free circulation Self-employed export customs processing taking into account different procedures and types of business (final export, temporary export, re-export etc.) and analysis of export operations Processing of all customs and transit documents (e.g. export accompanying document, declaration of dangerous goods, dispatch ad, CMR shipping document, customs document Carnet ATA, compliance with accreditation conditions, etc.) and analysis and implementation of preferential documents for the purpose of saving customs at the customer in the third country Consultation of various interfaces in import and export operations as well as the disposition of cargo space for land, air and sea transport in economic terms Processing of all EU inputs and outputs to the Federal Statistical Office

Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in logistics and customs (at least three years of practical experience in customs registration) Dangerous goods training for air transport according to the rules of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, in the area of transit and in the case of all modes of transport and knowledge of the Union Customs Code Flexibility, rapid understanding, self-responsibility, self-initiative, structured working and enforcement and communication skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as the safe handling of current MS Office applications and SAP
