You enter the franchise partners on site in the region of Southern Germany in the Greater Würzburg, Heilbronn and Nuremberg You advise and support the franchise partners in operational sales topics and secure the operational excellence of the branches Compliance with standards in terms of quality assurance for a strong market and brand presence is an important challenge for the franchise partners You promote 'sell-in measures' of wholesale goods and demand obligations from the franchise agreement through regular market visits Key figures motivate you to the highest performance – you develop your franchise partners and their leaders to improve their performance You identify local opportunities and risks, advise actions and adjust the strategy to strengthen market position You identify and multiply best practices in your support area and accompany central roll-outs through meaningful placement and empowerment of franchise partners and executives

You have a successful degree in economics or a comparable qualification You have at least 5 years of experience in the infilialized retail, ideally in a leadership function With your persuasiveness, you are passionate about your standing business partners: you have experience in dealing with B2B partners You bring a strong understanding of the franchise system and high consulting skills with You have excellent communicative skills and a high resilience You are characterized by entrepreneurial and positive thinking and pragmatic, solution-oriented action You live in the specified region and bring travel and a class B driving licence
