IT Project Manager - Software / Implementation (m/f/d)

You organize customer projects, such as new installations, data migrations and extensions of our software solutions: UMO, ADL, ALMA, Smart-Lock You advise customers: and work together with them to develop optimal system configurations You plan, control and coordinate all project phases up to go level, including Azure setups, provision of SIP trunks, training and system testing You partially implement and define configurations within the software solutions, document and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria You transfer the productive systems to the support with complete documentation and align customer requirements regarding functional extensions in close cooperation with sales You are in continuous exchange with product management to further develop solutions and support sales activities such as product demonstrations and trade fair appearances, with occasional travel activities within the framework of projects and customer appointments

You have a completed study in the IT field or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience You bring practical experience in project management, ideally in the software/IT environment You have knowledge of cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft Azure, VoIP/SIP or IT infrastructure, which are beneficial You have a profound understanding of software implementations and system configurations as well as experience in implementing customer projects and technical solutions You have strong communication and consulting skills, high customer orientation and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working You have a hand-on mentality, pronounced problem-solving competence, team skills, cross-disciplinary thinking and are ready for occasional business trips with very good German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (mind. B2)
