Legal advice of the institutions and departments of the General Administration and of the Institutes in the field of private and public building law, in particular in the field of architectural and engineering law, as well as other adjacent legal areas Individually responsible design, examination and negotiation of contracts in the aforementioned legal areas, in particular in the construction (VOB/B) and architect and engineering law (HOAI) using the Digital Contract Management (VMS)

Creation and maintenance of contract patterns, work instructions and work templates and other forms or abstract regulatory complexes in close coordination with other departments for o. g. fields of law mediation of specialist information, e.g. by lectures
