You guide and coordinate the construction department and are directly responsible for a team of 18 employees You develop and implement innovative design solutions and make sure that they are technically feasible You control and monitor projects, making sure that time, cost and quality requirements are met You are responsible for creating technical documentation and design drawings You develop standards, processes and tools in the field of construction and manage the interfaces between design, production, sales and external partners You promote the development of your employees through coaching and targeted training

You have a completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology) or a comparable qualification You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in construction, ideally even with first leadership experience You have well-founded knowledge of CAD systems (Inventor, Vault) and experience in managing projects as well as an understanding of manufacturing processes and material requirements You think strategic, work structured and have a strong ability to solve problems You are strong in communication, teamable and able to motivate employees You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in Inventor 2024 and Office programs
