As a project manager, with the focus on processes & digitization, you will identify and develop processes and digitalization topics on top-level – including in the sense of automation – and with great influence support our strategy. You carry out (partial) projects in the field of digitalization and strategy implementation, ensuring operations in the form of operational Excellenz and a strong digital mindset. For example, the digitization of our construction process, including the automation or the implementation of AI-cases, are used. You bring a completed study in the field of industrial engineering, management, computer science or a comparable qualification. In the (part) project management, ideally from digitization or strategy projects, as well as monitoring project actions, you already have experience and may come from the construction or infrastructure industry. You have a strong knowledge of change management and organisational development. Your responsible way of work combined with your problem-solving skills are yours.
