CI/CD-Pipelines & Release-Automation Construction, operation and further development of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps) for all products. Release automation incl. versioning, changelogs, approval gates and rollback mechanisms. Golden Path templates for product teams: standardized pipeline modules that are easy to consume. GitOps & Deployment GitOps workflows for configuration and deployments: pull-based reconciliation, environment promotion, drift detection. Deployment strategies (Rolling, Blue-Green, Canary) depending on the product requirement. Ensure auditability and traceability of all changes. Image Buildings & Supply Chain Security Container Image Buildings, Registry Flows and Lifecycle Management Security scanning (Vulnerability scans, SBOMs) as an integral part of the pipeline. Ensure that only tested and signed artefacts are in production. Configuration automation & ITSM integration Automation of configuration changes via Git-based workflows. Integration of ITSM-bound changes: automated change records, approval workflows, documentation. Support of GUI configurations located outside Git through runbooks and documented processes. Enablement & Standards Documentation, runbooks and self-service leads for product teams. Enablement of development teams for GitOps-based work (training, pairing, reviews). Continuous improvement of deployment frequency, lead time and change-failure rate.
Experience as DevOps Engineer / Build Engineer / Release Engineer / Platform Engineer with focus on CI/CD and automation. Good knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and pipeline design. Practice with GitOps tooling (e.g. Argo CD, Flux) and Git-based workflows. Experience with container technologies (Docker, Container-Registries) and Kubernetes deployments. Confidence with IaC tools (terraform, helmet/customize) and scripting (Bash, Python). Understanding ITSM processes (Change, Release, Deployment Management) and compliance requirements. Strong communication in German and English (word and writing). Nice to have Experience with STACKIT or comparable sovereign cloud platforms Supply Chain Security (Sigstore/Cosign, SBOM Generation, Vulnerability Scanning) Secrets-Management in Pipelines (Vault, SealedSecrets, SOPS) Monitoring of pipelines and deployment meters (DORA) Experience with public-sector requirements and auditable release processes
