The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. The Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology is technically well equipped with four high-performance CT devices, two 1.5 Tesla and two 3 Tesla MRT devices, three angiography systems and digital radiography. For the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology we are now looking for a billing specialist (m/w/d) for the Institute Secretariat in full time with 39 hours per week. The position shall be fixed without delay.

Private services account Self-testing, treatment and follow-up of private medical billing Control of complete and correct performance detection clarification of questions and settlement differences with internal and external contact persons Preparation of BG and KV billing Holiday representation in the Chief Medical Secretariat

A completed training as a merchant in healthcare The accounting bases (GOÄ, AOP, KV, BG, etc.) are known to them. Practical experience in the calculation of outpatient and stationary hospital services, preferably in radiology or in other services provided by the apparatus or by intervention. Safe handling of MS Office applications Organisational skills and team skills Openness for new structures and process optimizations knowledge of GOÄ and practical experience in the private medical bill; Knowledge of BG, KV and AOP accounting is advantageous.
