Senior IT Expert Logistics Controlling and Contract Management (m/w/d)

The Hardware Supply Chain and Logistics (HSCML) department has the task for the BWI to provide comprehensive, operational, supply chain and logistics related services within the framework of a standardized business process for IT components. Ensuring customer satisfaction through the control of the internal and external service partners used as well as the continuous improvement of the processes is an important building block for effective and efficient performance and ensuring the set quality standards compared to the end customer. These requirements are ensured by the team control of the HSCML department and covered, among other things, by the role of IT Senior Expert (m/w/d) in the field.

Co-responsibility for the contractual and economic provision of the Service Supply Chain Management Co-responsibility and further development of contract management in the field of expertise Co-responsibility of public awards, including the design of performance descriptions, as well as the transition Support and co-responsibility of the SLA-reporting including the negotiation management Support and co-responsibility of performance calculations Support for process designing (especially the documentation and optimization) by HSCML Quality Management and Safety

Successfully completed studies or comparable training, knowledge in business administration and/or law of advantage Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of supply chain Mgmt / logistics Experience in logistics controlling and logistics contract management Experience with customer projects in public service Good knowledge Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word Experience with modeling and analysis tools desirable Flowing German knowledge, especially with regard to the formulation of contract texts
