Discipline leadership of the team and promotion of team-oriented cooperation Ensuring the timely and qualitative execution of work orders Coordination and control of external service providers for maintenance, repair and testing of machinery and equipment Responsibility for the smooth operation in the goods distribution centre and HUB Takeover of functions such as VEFK and plant responsibility for various SMSR systems (e.g. sprinkler, separator, BHKW, BMA, SiBe) Identification of Optimization Potentials and Implementation of Small Conversions Participation in strategic, cross-departmental projects Active support of the team in all tasks Careful documentation in technical databases

Industrial or technical training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable Complete studies in the field of engineering or technology or a further education to the technician/master of the field of electrical engineering, industrial master or craftsman Multiannual professional experience as a factory owner (all genders) in the field of logistics, desirable contract logistics Ideally first leadership experiences Good communicative and cooperative skills are your strengths Safe handling of the current MS Office programs
