The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we shape the way to climate-neutral real estate management.

What are your priorities?

• master activities like e.g.
• property control, general order monitoring, cleanliness and safety
• take-up of damages, protection of damages and initiation of emergency measures
• receiving messages from the user(s)
• Implementation of simple craftsmanship activities of various external and internal structures
• Foreign company management
• Cleaning and care of outdoor facilities
• Implementation of winter service or Controlling winter service

What do we expect?

Qualification:

• Complete vocational training (with a period of at least three years of training) in occupations in the master's field

• Insufficient professional experience
• willingness to participate in specialist training (e.g. for elevators, chainsaws)
• User knowledge of IT standard applications (MS-Office)

More requirements:

• driving licence of Kl 3 or B and the willingness to conduct a service car
• Height-fitness is advantageous
