HR Business Partner as a temporary replacement for 1 year (m/f/d)

Advising and supporting local management as a strategic savings partner in all personal and labour law issues Drivers of implementing the HR strategy in the area of responsibility and ensuring the efficient use of HR processes, systems and instruments, as well as securing the achievement of the agreed KPIs Support and support of executives and employees through sound advice, coaching and targeted personnel development measures. Responsibility for local recruiting Active design of change, organisational and development processes and promoting a powerful, value-adding and future-oriented corporate culture Competent and trustworthy response to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective cooperation with all relevant interfaces (Center of Scale, Center of Excellence, Works Council, etc.) at eye level. Management and implementation of strategic HR projects (such as ERA) at local and regional level with sustainable success Successful support and implementation of new HR solutions

Successfully completed studies or comparable qualified training in the fields of human resources management, labour law, psychology, business management or a similar subject Ideally additional qualifications and experiences in the areas of coaching, consulting, moderation and assessment tools Multiannual professional experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function, ideally in an internationally operating production company Knowledge of labour law and a strong understanding of HR relationships and organisational systems, preferably in global structures Embossed analytical skills, high empathy as well as a solution- and result-oriented operation Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and powerful approach Sovereign appearance as well as the ability to act as a trustworthy and responsible Sparring Partner at eye level High self-initiative and a structured and efficient work organisation Safe handling of modern HR systems, processes and digital tools, ideally experience working with Workday German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
