You take the end-to-end response for the Workday user adoption across all already rolled out modules in over 70 countries. You control our international Change & Adoption network for the sustainable anchoring of transformation in the regions and develop it further. The analysis of business requirements, HR processes and Pain Points as well as the translation into scalable enablement, training and communication strategies are your daily business. In your role, you act as a central interface between Group People Technology, HR and Business stakeholders with the aim of ensuring a common understanding of processes, system logic and best practices. You develop our global adoption strategy and control this, including definition and tracking of relevant KPIs (e.g. usage, process quality, data quality, user experience). Roll-based and use-case-oriented learning journeys, which are based on real business scenarios instead of system features, are designed by you.
A completed study (e.g. Business Psychology, BWL, HR, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS implementations or digital change initiatives, ideally in an international environment. Your well-founded understanding of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. hire-to-retire) and your demonstrable experience in translating business requirements into user-centred enablement concepts and adoption strategies are what distinguishes you. A high level of self-responsibility, strategic thinking and, at the same time, the ability to implement themes operationally for you, of course. Ideally, you already have first experience with the measurement and control of user adoption in Workday.
