The Youth House Tannenplatz is an open meeting place for children, young people and young adults in the Wiblingen social area. The site offers a varied field of activity with plenty of space for educational design, relationship work and the development of new offers. A special focus is on the establishment and further development of gender-specific offers and the strengthening of girls and young women. Payment is made according to qualification up to S 8b TVöD-SuE.

Your tasks: Design of open youth house operations and planning and implementation of leisure, education, sports, media and participation offers for children, young people and young adults Building and further development of gender-specific offers in the team with a special focus on the strengthening and accompaniment of girls and young women, as well as care and further development of the girl's room as a protected meeting and retreat Supporting and promoting young people and strengthening participation, social learning and social participation Participation in the development of open child and youth work and in the development and implementation of new offers and projects Cooperation and networking with schools, institutions of open child and youth work and other actors in the social area Guidance and support of interns and FSJ and BFD forces Support of the Youth House Management for organisational and administrative tasks and participation in public relations Changes due to organisational measures are reserved.
