Lead IT-Architect – Collaboration (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Lead IT-Architect – Collaboration (m/w/d) from now on and in full or part-time at one of our BWI locations. The Service Development 2 (SDV2) division in Shared Service Architecture (SSA) develops and is responsible for the shared service delivery module (SSD). The module kit is the standardized and simplified view of the performance of the SSD. Our IT architects work closely with the services to develop the individual modules within the module and are responsible for standardization and fully automated provision of these services. With our teams, we provide efficient service to our customers.

Technical and process development and further development of the Collaboration module (Mail, File, Sharepoint) Creation of complex solutions in the field of collaboration Consultation and support of the solution architecture on the services and on technical aspects in offerings Accompanying projects as a technical expert for file, mail and sharepoint solutions Close coordination with the overarching architectural teams and development departments Support of the service teams in the requirements analysis for the modules and in the automation and standardization of the performance components

Successfully completed IT studies or comparable training At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in creating complex collaboration architectures ideally with VS-NfD infrastructures Very good knowledge of MS Exchange Outlook, MS Active Directory, Backup & Recovery, Windows Server, Sharepoint Applications, NAS systems, Kerberos authentication, NTFS permission models and DNS Very high quality and customer orientation and communication skills across all levels Very high analytical skills in the end-2-end service planning of complex service chains ITIL Foundation V3 certification desirable Empathy as well as team, presentation and moderation capability German and good English skills
