Organisation and ensuring a smooth bathing operation in compliance with all legal and safety-relevant requirements Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the supervisory team Creation and coordination of service and personnel deployment planning Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards Close cooperation with the management and the fields of technology, sauna, cleaning and cash register Care and promotion of trainees in the field of supervision

Completed training as a specialist:r for baths with multi-year professional experience or master's degree Image event testing is desirable Impressed communication and leadership skills as well as joy at work in the team Organizational talent and an independent, structured way of working A sense of responsibility and a safe occurrence in dealing with employees and guests Good knowledge of visitor care and service plan management Flexibility and readiness for shift, weekend, and holiday work Class B driving licence desirable
