Production Shift Manager – Early and Late Shift (m/f/d)

As a shift manager, you take the lead and further development of a multi-headed shift team. You are responsible for planning and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process. You control the processes from raw material, processing to packaging our potato products and transfer them to our freezers. You always keep an eye on the most important key figures and use them to continuously optimize the production process and ensure high product quality. Together with the Maintenance & Maintenance department, you ensure the continuous operational readiness of the machines and equipment in your production area. You are responsible for compliance with the applicable safety/quality/ and hygiene standards.

You have completed a training in the food industry and ideally have a further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the food industry as well as in staff management. You convince by your positive appearance, communication strength, team spirit and the ability to motivate people in the environment. You are also safe in handling MS Office and IT applications.
