The Hausgemeinschaft An der Feldmark is located in the lively district of Hamburg Eidelstedt and is easily accessible by the ÖPNV. The apartments are located in a quiet location in a cooperative residential complex in walking distance to the Eidelstedter Platz. Here, 19 adult people with different cognitive impairments live in individual apartments and WGs, which are accompanied and supported in the context of a resource-oriented assistance planning, in their everyday design.
