Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. In our daily works, around 300 clients are active – whether cookies bake, garden care, office service, innkeepers or legoramps – creativity is (almost) not limited. The Hausgemeinschaft An der Feldmark is located in the lively district of Hamburg Eidelstedt and is easily accessible by the ÖPNV. The apartments are located in a quiet location in a cooperative residential complex in walking distance to the Eidelstedter Platz. Here, 19 adult people with different cognitive impairments live in individual apartments and WGs, which are accompanied and supported in the context of a resource-oriented assistance planning, in their everyday design. This also includes support for primary care and household activities as well as support in the social area. Our very dedicated & multi-professional team offers staff-centric assistance for adult people with disabilities in the context of integration aid. Our goal in the person-centred assistance is to support clients in the development of the greatest possible independence through individual assistance offers.

You individually support the clients in their daily routine management and provide support for basic care activities (body care and hygiene). You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with clients *inside and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. You provide assistance in a variety of internal and external activities, e.g. assistance in households, social assistance and support in everyday and leisure activities

You have a completed training as a healerin, educatorin, (m/w/d) or a comparable educational qualification, with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Feel free to use specialist knowledge, including support communication, mental illness Unique positioning towards empowerment and inclusion Open and clear communication Structured, independent and self-reflected working methods High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design Assessment and sensitivity for the needs of clients Pleasure and joy in work with people with disabilities Ready to work in the 3-layer system incl.
