Assembly and commissioning of prototypes of automated and partially automated machines and systems for industrial X-ray CT systems

Support for plant construction at our international customers

Construction and implementation of function and reliability tests, including subsystems, in particular in the field of automation with robots, including analysis of test results

Detection and elimination of errors and problems, including adjustment of the machine and the technical documentation in cooperation with the R&D team

Cooperation in the development teams in new and further developments

completed vocational training as a technician or master in the fields of mechatronics, special machine construction or automation technology – alternatively also a corresponding engineering study

multiannual professional experience in the production and commissioning of prototypes or special machines

good knowledge in handling technical drawings and CAD data (preferably Creo) as well as EPLAN circuit diagrams for fluid circuits

preferably with a completed mechanical training and corresponding knowledge in mechanical processing, welding and surface treatment

preferably measuring expertise and first programming experiences (Robotik and SPS)

Teamability and independent, solution-oriented and systematic operation

international readiness to travel as part of the completion of our machines and transfer to customers

good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
