Honorary trainer - for product management with AI tools (m/f/d)

This includes: You promote active engagement with the learning content and their practical application. You encourage the group in innovative formats for exchange via the founder. You motivate the participants and make a good learning and working environment. You are responsible for the individual processing of tasks in the context of project work + evaluation of project work. You support the (further) development of the product. You teach from home office. You have very good knowledge of the training language German (C2).

You meet all your fellow human beings and have several years of professional experience in product management (2 years +). Modern technology-based training, coupled with the skills of modern teaching and empathic learning, are your bull. That's what you bring: You have well-founded experience in product management, in the context of analogue and/or digital products products and AI-based applications. You have completed a degree/training in the field of economics/technology/innovation or comparable qualification. You are safe to use at least one of the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira as well as their practical application. You bring well-founded product management experience and use generic AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Gamma) across the entire product life cycle. Please provide an overview of projects in which you have worked AI tools in the field of product management. Briefly describe which tools you used like. You can develop customer needs and product visions using suitable research methods and develop them with AI. You are safe in working with hypotheses, experiments and innovation processes and use AI for ideas finding and evaluation. You bring knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, Go‐to-Market strategies and KPI-based success measurement. You are safe in stakeholder management, lateral leadership and work with product and project teams. You work data-based with KPIs, experiments and simple analyses and use AI to support forecasts and visualizations.
