B2B Customer Support: You are the first contact point for our users and support them with questions about orders, the portal and processes. You make sure that all orders transmitted through our portal are handled and correctly billed. User-representation & communication: As a link between ONLOGIST and our users, you will reliably accompany you until clarification and make sure that all participants are well informed and supported. Quality controls: You carry out regular quality checks to ensure a reliable and qualified pool of users and keep service quality consistently high. Process optimization: With your view for improvement potentials, you will bring your own ideas to optimize processes and develop the customer service sector together with the team. Contribution to user satisfaction: Through your structured working and service ideas, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our users and the sustainable success of ONLOGIST.

You are an enrolled student. Language skills: You have excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Spanish or French are a plus. Analytical skills: You are characterized by a quick understanding and pronounced analytical skills. Self-employment: You work structured, independent and with high self-employment. Social competence: You are helpful, patient and keep a cool head even in challenging situations. Technical affinity: Ideally, you are a technician and safe to use MS Office.
