You think and trade entrepreneurially for your own product area and are contact persons with your colleagues from the specialist area about the topic of plastic sealing strips Through market and competitive analyses, you will ensure the continuous maintenance and strategic development of your product range, even under sustainability aspects As an interface between sales, application technology, development and our customers, you will ensure that we are happy with our customers in the future The development of product documents, information as well as sales aids will drive you forward as the 'first seller' in consultation and with the support of marketing You define product requirements and specifications and are responsible for the services around the product range

Ideally, you have professional experience as a product manager or in a comparable position in the construction industry, e.g. as a civil engineer, roofer master, architect or have a comparable qualification (e.g. technical university studies) You have a well-founded, technical understanding and have been able to expand this through several years of practical experience in the field of construction products You have team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment flexibly, independently and with joy of use You have strong communication skills to understand technical information You bring very good German and English skills
