Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

This place is limited to 24 months and in part-time for 20 hours/week.

• Within the HR department you develop and manage project plans and budgets for IT projects .
• You are actively working in projects for the further development of our HR IT system landscape, especially in the care of SuccessFactors.
• You are the central interface between the HR and IT department and make sure that the project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
• You are involved in concepts, strategic planning and analysis, and you are tuning your own results with the project team.
• In addition to the communication of the project progress, you also control the monitoring of the project results and translate best practices into our standard processes.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have a university degree in the field of economics, IT or related fields, as well as at least over a year of professional experience in HR project management - ideally with IT reference.
• Good project management knowledge you already bring with you, especially in developing and managing project plans and budgets.
• Thanks to your very good communicative skills, you can work with all stakeholders in a targeted and partnership.
• Embossed analytical skills and a talent for problem solving characterize you. Your English skills are good in word and writing.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP Successfactors are a plus.
