Independent planning, organisation and implementation of maintenance and maintenance activities Responsibility for the management and promotion of employees in consultation with the Head of Division Takeover of shift planning for own area Planning and implementation of projects to reduce malfunction in the respective maintenance area Active cooperation in the operational improvement process Implementation and guidance of fault analyses on machinery and equipment and repair of malfunctions Support in the construction and commissioning of new plants and machines

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanic or comparable training Ideally ascent training to the technician or master Multiannual professional experience in the food industry or industrial production and ideally experience in the management of employees Embossed technical understanding and knowledge in the field of TPM Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications An analytical, structured way of working to ensure smooth maintenance processes Joy of work in the team as well as ability to promote and control them
