Support and support for clients with high support needs in the day-care facility Systematic observation of the development of representatives, establishment and updating of funding plans Planning, organisation and implementation of support measures with the aim of maintaining or increasing the performance of clients of the day-care facility and developing their personality Nursing assistance according to the needs Support documentation according to the needs

Healing caregiver, healer/in with state recognition or a comparable qualification with equivalent skills and experience (e.g. ergotherapeut/in, health caregiver, nursing caregiver or nursing care professional) Knowledge of the assistance and care of people with high support needs knowledge of people who show challenging behaviour or descalation desirable Knowledge of types of disability Knowledge of the TEACCH approach desirable Knowledge in the field of supported communication desirable Good computer skills (MS Office) Ability to control and lead group dynamic processes Readiness for reflection and communication Team, Conflict and Criticism High level of psychological and physical stress Ability to react appropriately and calmly in crisis or conflict situations Willingness to further develop your own technical priorities
