IT Systems Engineer Mobile Device and Intune Management (a*)

Through the operation, administration and further development of our central mobile device management environment with a focus on Microsoft Intune, you are significantly contributing to a modern and secure terminal landscape. Concepts for Modern Endpoint Management are planning, setting and opting – from device configuration to compliance guidelines to uniform safety standards. The support of our Windows, iOS and Android end devices is your responsibility as well as the automation of recurring management and deployment processes. You will ensure the timely implementation of IT security measures, in particular in the areas of mobile security, conditional access and zero-trust architectures, and so actively participate in protecting our IT environment. In the technical 2nd and 3rd level support, you bring your expertise and support in solving complex issues. In addition, you take over the management of infrastructure projects or subprojects, create system documentation and train IT colleagues in dealing with the solutions used.

You have completed a science degree in the STEM field at a university or college of applied sciences or have a comparable qualification. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS as well as sound experience in mobile device and endpoint management – ideally with Microsoft Intune – you are already bringing along. Conceptual strength combined with a systematic and independent way of working helps you to edit complex topics structuredly. Continuous training, integration into new technologies and independent information acquisition are of course for you. A good communication capability and strong team capacity will help you to work with colleagues from different areas. In addition, you are willing to participate in a changing readiness and thus contribute to ensuring the operation.
