Operational day-to-day management support Organisation of appointments, meetings and events Pre- and post-processing of sessions incl. Minutes Creation, processing and storage of correspondence and documents Interface to internal departments, members and external partners Support for projects and special tasks

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in the field of secretariat or assistance, ideally in housing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Organizational skills, communication strength and discretion Self-employed and structured work High reliability and team capability
