The certified trainee program gives you an optimal foundation for your career at Swiss Life Asset Managers. You will get a comprehensive overview of various fields of work in the real estate sector, here in particular at our capital management company. While you run 5 different stations á 3 months in different areas within the KVG and the SLAM companies, you build a large network at the same time. With practical learning by doing you complete the trainee program in 15 months. You work on central and strategic tasks, as well as practically on-site real estate or the funds. You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor or Master degree) in real estate, finance, with the focus Valuation.
