In this indefinite position, you take responsibility for the professional development of our offers and, together with a dedicated team, shape the future of assistance for education. Technical control and further development of assistance for education (stationary and outpatient) Consultancy and support of team management and support of complex case processes Deputy Head of Division in Professional, Personnel and Organisational Issues Support for budget planning, cost calculation and economic management of the area Ensuring pedagogical quality and implementation of statutory requirements according to SGB VIII Cooperation with youth offices, cost centers and other network partners Participation in personnel development, personnel deployment planning and continuing training Development of concepts, quality standards and offers according to regional needs Participation in projects and the design of change and digitization processes

Completed study of social work, social education or a comparable course of study, preferably at master level, with state recognition Multiannual professional and leadership experience in education (HzE), in particular in stationary and outpatient areas, or in comparable work areas of child and youth assistance Experience in the costing and payment of social services and good business understanding Impressed leadership, communication and conflict resolution competence as well as safe and binding occurrence Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Professionalism in cooperation with youth offices, cost centers and other cooperation partners as well as in the development of existing networks Identification with the values of the German Red Cross and the objectives of child and youth aid
