Legal advice: You advise our specialist departments on waste law issues, monitor compliance with the relevant requirements and support the legal implementation. Digital partner testing: You require license-relevant documents and certificates, perform digital audits and verify compliance with the requirements, for example according to §§ 53 and 54 KrWG and BImSchG. Waste classification: You support the legally compliant classification of waste according to the Waste List Regulation (AVV) and the assessment of hazardous waste. Recycling processes: You evaluate recovery and removal processes using the relevant R/D methods and ensure their correct assignment. Dangerous Goods Law: You check the interfaces between waste and hazardous goods law according to ADR and GGVSEB and help avoid risks for our customers and transporters. Disposal routes and processes: You evaluate and check disposal paths as well as the associated processes with respect to their legal conformity. Registration requirements: You support the fulfillment and documentation of the statutory register obligations for hazardous waste. Efb-Audit: You will participate in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the annual audit as a disposal specialist. Waste Commissioner: You support the Plant Managers for Waste in their legal and organizational tasks.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed commercial training or a completed study in a relevant field. Knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge in national waste law, especially in the KrWG, the NachwV and the AVV. In addition, you will bring good basic knowledge of the cross-border shipment of waste to VVA as well as the right to hazardous goods to ADR. Digital government systems: Ideally, you have already had first points of contact with digital government systems such as eANV and the new DIWASS portal or are very interested in working in it. Professional experience: Experience with a disposal service provider, broker or dealer or in transport logistics is of great advantage. Process experience: First experience with internal process audits is an additional plus. Working methods: You work structured, carefully and reliably and draw your attention through a high quality awareness in handling documents and approval documents. Communication: You can safely, communicate with internal interfaces and communicate complex legal issues in a comprehensible way.
