Responsibility for your entire employee lifecycle Support of executives as savings partners*in all HR topics (including labour law, personnel development, performance, remuneration, employee talks) Organisation and implementation of recruiting fairs and co-design of HR marketing campaigns extensive recruiting: planning, implementation and moderation of video interviews and contract negotiations Whole contact person as HR Business Partner for colleagues in the context of employee support and development Active participation and implementation of HR projects Support of organisational and change processes

Your profile

fun in personnel work as well as a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and commitment successfully completed studies in the field of economics, focus on personnel desirable / commercial training or comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in personnel excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and an enthusiastic appearance independent and reliable operation with proactive thinking and a particularly high sense for people
