The Niedersächsische Landesamt für Brand- und Disasterschutz (NLBK) combines the tasks as a central training institution with the high-level tasks of the state of Lower Saxony in the field of fire and disaster protection as a central organisation in an authority. Help to shape the future of fire and disaster protection in Lower Saxony.

At the location Celle of the NLBK, a workplace is at the next possible time as

Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Dezernat 1.2 - Budget

to occupy. The workstation is rated with the Entgeltgruppe 6 TV-L.

The area of responsibility includes the following areas:

• Production of hot and cold foods in compliance with the food plan and consideration of food intolerances for the two Celle – Bremer Weg and Celle sites – Baring,
• Classification of the kitchen staff in cooperation with the head of the celle utility company,
• support for the management of the house in the preparation of the weekly menu,
• acceptance of goods including control of quality and completeness,
• Responsible for the implementation and control of the HACCP concept,
• monthly review of the economic camp and book,
• Responsibility for the daily return samples of foods and
• Lecturer for instructors, staff and other guests in the context of complaints, complaints and food intolerances.

The willingness to participate in the national catastrophe protection unit and/or a central national unit is assumed. A change in the tasks is reserved.

Following requirements we expect:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a domestic or cooker (m/w/d),
• Persons with multi-year experience in a large kitchen, gastronomy or utility are preferably taken into account,
• HACCP knowledge is mandatory
• a friendly and open-minded way of dealing with the trainees,
• a well-kept appearance,
• a service-oriented orientation,
• Team skills and
• Flexibility for holiday and disease representation.

The property of a valid class B driving licence is advantageous. A German language level of level C1 is required.

You will receive a remuneration under the category 6 of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). The position of the NLBK gives the possibility of individual further development. Your thorough training as well as your professional and personal training are of course for us.
