Interdisciplinary trainee programme / Qualified junior staff in the IHK organisation (m/f/d)

Joint onboarding of trainees at DIHK Berlin 12-month program with 4 different stations to get to know the whole variety of our network in four three-month stations: two stations in industrial and commercial chambers (IHKs), a station in the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Berlin (DIHK), a station in a foreign trade chamber (AHK) or delegation of the German economy (approximately 150 locations in 93 countries)

All stations have different topics and fields of application. There are no prefabricated plans, but concrete, relevant and current fields of action. The trainees are where something really happens. Varied activity: the trainees are involved in current projects in different business areas and work quickly at eye level. Take responsibility: This includes the rapid takeover of responsibility, also through training on-the-job. Presentation of comprehensive insights into the work in the IHK-AHK-DIHK network Own development: There are various possibilities for participating in various training and information events. Job opportunities: Following the trainee program, there are good opportunities to take over a position in an IHK, the DIHK or an AHK (without a takeover guarantee). Focus on good support during the program: The programme is centrally organised and supervised by DIHK.

Completed degree: You have a successfully completed university or university degree (until the start in January) with one of the following degrees: Master, Diploma or 2. State exams or comparable degree Communication strength: You can express themselves clearly and convincingly – both in writing and oral – and feel comfortable in cooperation with different target groups. Team spirit: You appreciate the work in the team and bring a high level of social and intercultural competence as well as the ability to work with different actors. your flexibility and mobility will be apparent in your CV; You are open to new challenges and willing to work at different locations of the IHK organization. Interest in economic issues: You have a strong interest in economic policy issues and want to actively contribute to strengthening the German economy. You work targeted and result oriented You have proven to have very good English language skills (min. level B 2 according. GER), further language skills are advantageous.
