Overall responsibility for the strategic, organisational and human orientation of the Implementation & Development area - consisting of several departments, executives and expert teams Leadership, coaching and further development of department managers, team leaders and key roles - with focus on leadership excellence and sustainable team development Budget responsibility, resource planning and organisational structure of the area - with a clear view to efficiency, quality and sustainability Design and implementation of globally uniform standards for the sustainable harmonisation of our system landscapes Analysis and realization of optimization potentials throughout the service life cycle through targeted measures Active participation in company-wide digitalization and transformation projects - as a strategic partner for business and IT Close cooperation with internal stakeholders at C-level, in particular with IT consulting, IT development, architecture and governance
