The Wahnbachtalsperrenverband (WTV) supplies drinking water for around 800,000 people in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Ahr region. Around 200 specialized employees, including trainees from different professional groups, are involved in water production, drinking water processing and distribution as well as in other interesting professional fields. In the team we work every day on our most important goal of providing our customers with high-quality and affordable drinking water.

30 hours per week/limited for 2 years

Your duties

• Independent processing of all operations in the field of debitor and creditor accounting
• Collection, confirmation, audit and booking of creditor accounts
• Creation and booking of debitor bills
• Preliminary and judicial services
• Monitoring and settlement of payment inputs and outputs
• Creation of appropriate lists and support in liquidity monitoring
• Updating the loan portfolio in interest rate adjustments
• Implementation of the payroll, booking of the cash register as well as care and billing of the tank system
• Preparatory activities within the framework of the annual accounts
• Creation of evaluations from SAP
• Support in controlling, e.g. in the preparation of business plans and quarterly reports, audit of accounts
• Support in plant accounting
• Creation of sales tax forecasts
• Representation at reception

This will bring you

• Successfully completed commercial training with training as a financial accountant*in or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in debitor and creditor accounting
• Experience in plant accounting desirable
• Current knowledge of trade and tax law
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Fun on various tasks
• Careful, independent and accurate operation
• Embossed communication strength and team spirit
• Class 3 and B
