Manager Hospital Consulting - Strategy / Change / Mergers (m/f/d)

You control and manage complex strategy and transformation processes in health facilities, from conception to implementation, in close cooperation with management and shareholders. In doing so, you develop sustainable medical and location strategies, develop strategically outpatient offers and integrate them, increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, optimize organization of structures and processes and accompany the implementation of complex transformation processes You integrate individual houses into a future-oriented overall concept, taking into account economic sustainability and regional supply structures You build interdisciplinary project teams, lead and develop these You build networks and maintain these, run business development and acquisition

You have several years of experience in consulting and/or managing hospitals or in economic and strategic responsibility in healthcare You have a sound knowledge of structures, financing mechanisms and regulatory frameworks in the stationary and outpatient sectors You can demonstrate demonstrable success in change, restructuring and organisational development processes You think entrepreneurial, are high-reaction and result-oriented You possess high social competence as well as a convincing and binding appearance at leadership level and are strong in communication and networking with acquisition potential You show self-initiative, sense of responsibility and readiness to travel
