Construction of a Treasury department as part of a carve-out Strategic overall responsibility for liquidity management, financing and risk management worldwide. Development of a powerful group-treasury area with closely linked control function within the financial sector - with high operational excellence and strategic relevance Responsibility for cash and liquidity planning, including forecasting and working capital optimization Development of transparent governance structures, uniform standards and efficient core processes across borders Management of the financing structure, including banking communication, credit lines, covenants and capital market activities Further development of risk management (interest, currency and commodity risks) Implementation and optimization of treasury systems and digital processes Leadership and further development of the Treasury team Creation of reports for management and supervisory bodies

Completed studies in finance, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the treasury of an international company or in the financial sector Knowledge in financial markets, derivatives, cash management and risk management Experience in leadership of teams Safe handling of treasury management systems and modern reporting tools Analytical strength, strategic thinking and sovereign appearance
