Independent organization and administration of general administrative procedures such as correspondence, material procurement, address management, protocol management Coordination of dates, planning and organisation of travel Working with digitalization projects and optimising existing processes Maintenance and Input of Data in DATEV Preparatory accounting support Assistance in project controlling and project-related accounting Creation of evaluations and statistics Support in creating presentations

You have a qualified professional qualification and experience in administrative and accounting activities. They are a communicative organizational institution with a strong team capacity. They work in a structured and reliable manner, perform confidently and competently. They formulate safely, orally and in writing, in German and English. You control all MS Office programs and are familiar with the hard and software usual in offices
