Quality Engineering Series (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

You are in the middle of it and take on exciting tasks in terms of quality and precision: You carry out initial sampling and series testing on individual parts for medical technology as well as aerospace. You create test plans for complex small parts as well as measurement programs for modern measurement systems (including keyence, gear measuring system, wave scanner). You test self-made parts for shape and position tolerances, material and surface properties – with mechanical, optical and electronic measuring devices – and document the results in the CAQ software. Optionally use 3D coordinate measuring machines, the 3D wave scanner and the material analysis device. As part of the “Quality Engineering Series” team, you work closely with the areas of quality engineering projects and construction.

You have a training in the metal-working area, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, tool mechanic. First experience in production-accompanying tests, the goods exit or Commodity Input Check is ideally already bring you along. An additional qualification in the field of quality assurance is advantageous – or you are open to further education. A reliable, self-responsible way of working as well as the pleasure of working in the team are yours. Since we act globally, you can also read documents in English.
