The area of quality and risk management supports the various occupational groups in the clinic in providing high-quality and safe patient care. The focus is on strengthening individual responsibility and mindfulness of each employee. The area covers a continuously growing range of tasks and covers the following topics: Quality assurance & benchmarking, patient and employee safety, patient and employee satisfaction, Hospital ecology Creation and further development of safety concepts including risk analyses and safety assessments Cooperation with the higher-level emergency management of the University Hospital, in particular in hospital alarm and deployment planning Advice on safety and safety measures Perception of operator obligations for our helicopter landing sites Cooperation with the fire protection officer, in particular in the case of safety visits, evacuation concepts, firefighter missions and exercises Participation in the planning and implementation of emergency and disaster prevention exercises Organisation of the Technical Civil Protection Camp Maintenance of security-relevant documentation Cooperation with authorities, in particular police and fire and disaster protection authorities in consultation with the emergency manager Security planning of events

Completed studies in the field of safety and security, comparable qualifications or relevant professional experience Knowledge of technical disaster protection is desirable Ideally experience in safety management, fire protection or disaster protection Structured, responsible and independent operation Organisational and communication strength Safe handling of authorities and external partners

The body shall be occupied in full or part-time employment as of 1 October 2026.
