Project Manager Engineering Planning (m/f/d)

You are responsible for engineering structures in the catchment area in cooperation with the department management and are technical/response partners for the planning and approval of engineering structures and associated route connections. In addition, the development and support of building information modeling (BIM) is one of your diverse tasks. You can also control the technical design of construction projects to achieve the defined milestones. You are responsible for the professional and factually correct performance of the tasks, the proper performance and achievement of the objectives. In doing so, you will make decisions regarding the construction and construction technologies to be used. You conduct negotiations on planning approval processes of buildings with public authorities. In addition, the approval testing of engineering structures (contractual and technical planning testing), examination of the execution documents (bridge constructions, rainwater treatment plants, etc.) belongs to your activities. Finally, you will take care of the preparation of the pre-planning, planning of designs, development of building renovations and design of replacement and engineering structures (bridge structures, noise protection walls, etc.) for the expansion of existing motorways, including, if necessary, supportive development by engineering offices.

You bring a completed scientific (technical)university study in the field of civil engineering with In addition, you have professional experience in the contract processing of engineering contracts (HOAI, HVA F‐StB), in the planning and construction preparation of projects in road and engineering, as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulations and laws in the field of construction engineering (RAB-ING, RE‐ING, ZTV‐ING, etc.) You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR)

That would be desirable: Technical knowledge in the field of road traffic planning, traffic safety of workstations on roads, HOAI, HVA-StB, VOB, ZTV‐ING and the Federal Road Act (FStrG) are desirable. Furthermore, you are flexible, have the class B licence and are ready to travel within the branch Secure handling of Microsoft Office programs as well as initial knowledge in the data processing of SAP, iTWO and CSBF systems round off your profile
