Tasks Development of up-to-date event marketing strategies in the field of communication & activation, including brand awareness campaigns, partner marketing activities, speaker support, co-exhibitor marketing and lead generation. Conception and realization of the annual IONOS event roadmap for marketing-relevant event participations/ sponsorings and IONOS event formats. Project management Trade fairs and events: coordination of all participating departments (e.g. marketing, PR, product management, sales etc.) and external service providers (messe construction, organizers, productions). Control of power purchase with event cover including negotiation and audits. budget calculation and control; Quality control, as well as reporting and evaluation of international event marketing activities. Qualifications Complete degree in marketing/communication or completed training as an event businessman/wife. At least three years of experience in marketing communication (of which at least two years in event marketing/organization) or comparable event and exhibition experience. Passion for live communication combined with a very structured way of working. Self-employment, teamwork and enforcement. Experience in stakeholder management and service purchase. Affinity for social media and communication platforms. Very good project management skills and pro­cessive thinking skills. Experiences in marketing communication for technical products/hosting. readiness for regular missions. Very good German and English languages in word and writing.
