ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Leading the assigned responsibility area in the sense of the maintenance of operator responsibility, as well as acting as a specialist manager of the staff employed there
• Implementation of resource planning and participation in resource procurement
• Acquiring additional or Subscription orders and preparation and negotiation of offers
• Participation in the implementation of job status talks and management of our customer relationships including support in customer satisfaction analyses
• Providing and coordinating subcontractors
• Creation of maintenance plans

Your profile - you should bring:

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer or gas and water installer
• Multiannual professional experience as a service technician or customer service engineer in the field of technical facility management / supply technology
• Knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office packages and planon
• Service-oriented customer support and independent operation
• Class B licence
