We are looking for a social pedagoguein / social workerin or nursing staff with additional training for the care center of the city of Ulm (m/w/d) Parttime, limited to 75% until 31.12.26. Further employment beyond that period is sought. Ulm is the central point of contact for people in need of care and their relatives. He advises independent, coordinates nursing services and works closely with urban services and social institutions to improve the quality of life in Ulm. The payment is made depending on the respective qualification up to the pay group S12 TVöD.

Your tasks: neutral and independent advice from people in need of care and their relatives social advice, care consultation according to §7a SGB XI and case management in complex case constellations Networking and Public Relations

Your profile: completed studies of social education, social work or studies with a focus on nursing or comparable qualification as an alternative: completed training as a nurse with appropriate additional training Experience in social consulting, case work or case management ideally qualification according to §7a SGB XI or willingness to further education safe and sensitive handling of people in need of care and their relatives Knowledge in nursing, nursing professional experience or nursing knowledge are advantageous Ability to network in the social area and interest in social work Teamability, communication strength and an independent and structured way of working
