As a Master or Diploma Psychologist/-in with the focus on traffic psychology (w/m/d), you are an expert on traffic psychology topics with our customers. Yours? Come to the team! You conduct traffic psychic consultations with our customers in compliance with the relevant laws, guidelines and accompanying regulations. You perform tasks of aptitude diagnosis and assessment both in the context of individual orders and in close cooperation with the experts of transport medicine. In addition, you advise employees and executives on work psychology issues. You conceptualize, moderate and guide seminars, workshops and lectures on the following topics: stress and self-management, conflict management, conversation management, mental health and healthy leadership - digital and in presence. The interdisciplinary exchange within the AMD prevention team completes your area of responsibility - in the sense of professional development of customers. The activity can be carried out both in full-time and part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
