• You are an organizational talent with a view to detail and the central contact for our service managers: inside and out.
• You start presentations, evaluations and statistics, take care of the Faktura as well as the planning of appointments and meetings.
• In the area of invoice preparation and financial meetings with the customer, you will arrange for smooth processes.
• You actively follow processes and workflows and make sure that required information is available in time.
• Also in the case of transition topics and contract adjustments, your structured support is left.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed commercial training or study in the field of BWL or comparable
• First experience in the area of Faktura
• Safe in handling MS Office and digital tools
• High ownership, team spirit and organisational skills
