Power Platform Developer & CRM Specialist*

Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are central tools for implementing digital solutions in the MEGGLE Group. Applications, automations, workflows and reports are created on the basis of coordinated requirements from specialist areas and projects. In addition, the position includes the further development and user support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Technical implementation of requirements: Technical implementation of coordinated technical requirements from projects and areas of expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform as well as targeted clarification of open points with the responsible stakeholders Power Apps Development: Development, testing, documentation and maintenance of user-friendly canvas and model-controlled apps with power apps using dataverse, interfaces and existing Microsoft-365 services Automation and Workflows: Development of robust automation, notifications and approval workflows with Power Automate taking into account error handling, monitoring, authorizations and applicable governance requirements Power BI and Reporting: Creation and Optimization of Power-BI dashboards and Reports for Understanding Providing relevant KPIs and Information Data and Integration: Work with Dataverse, Data Models and Interfaces as well as ensuring reliable, secure and comprehensible data usage in the developed solutions CRM Support and Development: User Support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in First-Level Support, Analysis of Inquiries and Disorders as well as Required Coordination of Internal or External Specialists CRM Configuration: Participation in maintenance, configuration and further development of the CRM system, for example in forms, views, workflows, roles and permissions Quality and documentation: Conducting tests, documentation of developed solutions and support in releases and transfer to operation cooperation: close cooperation with the competent body, project teams, IT colleagues* and external service providers; technical prioritization and control of the requirements by the responsible persons Technology development: Observing new features and best practices in the Microsoft environment, in particular in the areas of Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Power BI, and evaluating their technical benefits

completed studies of economic informatics, computer science or comparable qualifications; an IT-related training with corresponding professional experience Practical experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially with Power Apps and Power Automate Good knowledge of Power BI and ideally in Dataverse, data models, interfaces and authorization concepts Experience in the support or further development of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Experience in the technical implementation of requirements as well as in testing, documentation and handover of applications in operation Structured, independent and quality-oriented working methods as well as distinct technical problem-solving competence Good communication and team skills for cooperation with project teams, departments, IT and external partners Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
