The precise Forecast & Replenishment planning is the heart of a modern supply chain. The introduction of Blue Yonder is our decisive step. As a requirement engineer, you are the bridge between the technical needs of the supply chain and the technical implementation in our Technologiestack.

Analysis: You are responsible for the systematic collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of the technical requirements of the supply chain departments (e.g. disposition, planning, logistics)

Blue Yonder Expertise: You know the potentials and limitations of the Blue Yonder Forecast & Replenishment Solution and proactively advises the business colleagues to map processes in the BY software as standard (Solution Design)

Specification: Get clear, understandable and testable functional and non-functional specifications for the development teams and our implementation partners

Quality assurance: You support the testing team and the areas in creating test cases and performing user acceptance tests (UATs) and implementing test automation

Change Management: You accompany the rollout and the introduction of new functionalities and support the training of end users

You have a successfully completed study (economic informatics, business management) or a comparable training

In addition, you bring at least three years of professional experience as Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Owner in the IT environment, ideally in retail or e-commerce, with

Proven process knowledge in Forecast, Planning or Replenishment are absolutely necessary

First experiences with Blue Yonder (BY) or comparable SCM solutions (e.g. SAP SCM/IBP) are a great advantage

Excellent analytical skills, a high level of communication and the ability to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary and international team complete your profile, as well as fluent German and English skills
