What you do with us:
You are in the middle: You support the change management & communication team in the planning, implementation and follow-up of change, communication and enablement measures. You bring structure in: You prepare communication and workshop formats, document key results and keep to-dos as well as open topics reliably. You also support communication and action plans and feedback evaluations. You can also create communication with: you support the creation of communication materials, presentations, core messages, FAQ content, newsletter contributions or other formats for different target groups. You prepare complex content from the transformation program in a comprehensible, targeted and appealing manner. You create orientation: you support the maintenance and further development of a central information area, such as SharePoint, and contribute to the easy detection of knowledge, materials and information for the program team and relevant target groups. You support stakeholder management: You help to structure relevant stakeholder groups, target group needs, and communication events and support regular care of stakeholder and action overviews. You keep an overview: You help coordinate work packages within the range of “Change, Communication & Training” and help to ensure that measures are implemented consistently, in a targeted and timely manner.
