What we plan together: As part of the HR Operations division, we are driving the latest transformation of our HR IT landscape in REWE Group HR, thereby actively shaping the future of one of the largest trading companies in Europe. We control the “HCM Transformation” – a program for the technological advancement of HR IT, which provides for the introduction of a cloud-based HR master data system.

In the Change Management & Communications team, we accompany this transformation through targeted communication, change and enablement measures and a close involvement of relevant stakeholders. We ensure that employees, executives, merchants and HR teams can understand, accept and safely apply the changes in everyday work.

What you do with us:

You are in the middle: You support the change management & communication team in the planning, implementation and follow-up of change, communication and enablement measures. You bring structure in: You prepare communication and workshop formats, document key results and keep to-dos as well as open topics reliably. You also support communication and action plans and feedback evaluations. You can also create communication with: you support the creation of communication materials, presentations, core messages, FAQ content, newsletter contributions or other formats for different target groups. You prepare complex content from the transformation program in a comprehensible, targeted and appealing manner. You create orientation: you support the maintenance and further development of a central information area, such as SharePoint, and contribute to the easy detection of knowledge, materials and information for the program team and relevant target groups. You support stakeholder management: You help to structure relevant stakeholder groups, target group needs, and communication events and support regular care of stakeholder and action overviews. You keep an overview: You help coordinate work packages within the range of “Change, Communication & Training” and help to ensure that measures are implemented consistently, in a targeted and timely manner.

With your positive basic attitude, curiosity and creativity you bring new ideas and shape change formats according to target groups, understandable and effective. You are a registered student*in, ideally in the field of psychology, communication sciences, BWL, human resources management, organizational development or a comparable degree program. You bring first professional experiences in project work, communication, change management, organisational development or (HR) digitization. A basic understanding of HR processes or HR IT systems is advantageous. You are safe in dealing with common office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. First experiences with SharePoint, Teams, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools are of advantage. You also have an interest in using AI-based applications to efficiently prepare content, develop creative ideas and support team collaboration. You have the pleasure of penetrating, structuring complex content and preparing it for target groups – understandably, visually appealing and with a view to practical implementation. You like to work in the team, introduce your own ideas and help translate concepts into concrete, implementable measures.
